Information and purpose
We use the company name, contact name, email address, enquiry category and details you provide to respond to and clarify your enquiry.
Sending and managing information
Submissions are processed through Cloudflare and sent by Resend as notification emails to Hamaya (浜弥鰹節株式会社). The site does not maintain enquiry bodies in its own database, spreadsheet, files, queue or application logs. Copies remain with the email provider and in Hamaya’s mailbox. Resend states that message content and delivery logs are stored in the United States.
Spam prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile verification and IP-based submission limits are used to prevent spam.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to improve this website. When your connection is identified as coming from Japan, analytics runs without a consent banner. For other or unidentified regions, analytics starts only after you allow it. A previous refusal or an enabled browser Global Privacy Control signal prevents tracking. You can stop or restart analytics through “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. The site works without analytics. Analytics cookies are used to send page visits, accepted enquiries and device/browser information to Google. Form contents, URL query strings, fragments and referrer URLs are excluded from our analytics events. We do not use this integration for advertising measurement.
